Privacy policy

The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and we don’t track you around the web.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

What we collect, and why

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address so we can send you the weekly letter. Your subscription is handled by Beehiiv, the service we use to send it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your message, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name and the article you mean. We use these only to reply. A contact message never adds you to the newsletter.

Basic technical logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

What we don’t do

We don’t run ads, we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or rent your details to anyone. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.

Other companies involved

We rely on a few services to run the site, and they process data on our behalf: Vercel(hosting), Beehiiv (newsletter signups and sending; its signup form may set its own cookies),Resend (delivering contact-form messages to our inbox) and Behold (showing our latest Instagram posts on the homepage, which makes your browser load pictures from Instagram). Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of corrections, and are then deleted.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us to show you, fix or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU or California), the law gives you these rights, and we honour them for everyone. To ask, use the contact form or email healthspanclub1@gmail.com.

Children

This site is written for adults and isn’t aimed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their details.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and its date.
